These Terms govern participation in the SafePicks VIP Affiliate Program.
By joining the program, affiliates agree to follow all conditions outlined below.
The purpose of the program is to allow approved affiliates to earn commissions from VIP membership purchases generated through their unique affiliate links.
2.1 Standard Commission Rate
Affiliates earn a 50% commission from every VIP membership purchase made through their referral link.
2.2 Eligible Transactions
Commissions apply to:
• full-price purchases,
• discounted purchases,
• purchases made using coupon codes,
• any publicly listed VIP plan.
2.3 Adjustments to Commission Rate
Affiliates with proven performance may request individually improved terms.
SafePicks reserves the right to adjust the commission rate for specific partners based on results, traffic quality, and long-term performance.
3.1 Tracking System
All referrals and purchases are tracked via:
• the InviteMember system,
• the SafePicks internal Telegram bot,
• internal databases and spreadsheets.
3.2 Attribution Rules
The commission is assigned to the affiliate whose link was used during the purchase.
If multiple links were clicked, the last valid affiliate link before purchase receives the attribution.
3.3 Transparency
Affiliates may view their statistics at any time through the affiliate commands provided in the SafePicks Telegram bot (e.g., /affiliate, /aff_stats).
4.1 Payout Schedule
Payouts are issued every two weeks, always on Monday.
4.2 Minimum Payout Threshold
The minimum payout amount for VIP affiliate earnings is €25.
4.3 Payout Methods
Available methods include:
• PayPal,
• Bitcoin (BTC only),
• Bank transfer (upon individual request).
4.4 Custom Payout Frequency
Affiliates with consistent results may request a custom payout schedule (e.g., weekly or twice per week).
Approval is at SafePicks’ discretion.
5.1 Strict Prohibition
Affiliates are strictly forbidden from engaging in:
• fraudulent purchases,
• using bots or automated systems,
• manipulating cookies or links,
• generating artificial traffic or fake users,
• encouraging chargebacks or refund manipulation.
5.2 Monitoring and Detection
SafePicks monitors all affiliate activity and may investigate unusual patterns or suspicious behavior.
5.3 Consequences of Fraud
If fraudulent activity is confirmed:
• the affiliate’s account will be terminated,
• all pending commissions will be forfeited,
• the affiliate will be permanently banned from the program,
• SafePicks may report the user internally to prevent future re-entry.
No exceptions or negotiations apply.
6.1 Accurate Promotion
Affiliates must represent the SafePicks brand accurately and may not use false claims, misleading statements, or unapproved promotional methods.
6.2 Compliance with Laws
Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with all applicable local laws, regulations, and platform policies.
6.3 Use of Provided Links
Only official affiliate links generated through the SafePicks system may be used for promotion.
6.4 Account Information
Affiliates must maintain accurate payout information (PayPal, BTC, or bank details). SafePicks is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information.
7.1 Modification of Terms
SafePicks reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Notice will be provided through the affiliate system or by direct message.
7.2 Termination by SafePicks
SafePicks may suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time if:
• rules are violated,
• fraud is detected,
• promotion methods damage the brand,
• traffic quality is proven to be invalid.
7.3 Termination by Affiliate
An affiliate may exit the program at any time by notifying support.
